The Problem We're Solving¶
Elderly care has a trust problem. Facilities face mounting pressure to prove that care occurred — on time, at the right place, by the right person — while simultaneously managing overworked staff, unreliable sensor hardware, and the ever-present threat of a HIPAA audit. The tools they use today were not built for this reality.
Caregivers are flooded with false alarms from commodity motion sensors, leading to alarm fatigue and slower response times. Visit records are entered manually hours after the fact, making them legally fragile and easily disputed. Patient telemetry travels unencrypted across third-party cloud infrastructure, creating privacy exposure that keeps compliance officers up at night.
